Group Training is a structured training and employment arrangement in which an organisation, known as a Group Training Organisation (GTO), employs apprentices and trainees under an Apprenticeship/Traineeship Training Contract and places them with host employers.
The GTO takes on the employer responsibilities, ensuring the quality and continuity of both the apprentices' and trainees' employment and training. Additionally, the GTO provides essential support and guidance to help ensure the successful completion of the training contract.
