The Apprentice Employment Network represents Group Training Organisations (GTOs) across NSW and the ACT. Group Training is a structured training and employment model where a GTO employs apprentices and trainees under an Apprenticeship/Traineeship Training Contract and places them with host employers.
A GTO takes on the employer responsibilities, ensuring the quality and continuity of apprentices' and trainees' employment and training. The GTO also provides essential care and support to help achieve the successful completion of the training contract. As a registered GTO, they uphold a high standard of quality for every apprentice, trainee, and host employer.
